Time Warp FilterTerms of Use
1. Using the app
Time Warp Filter lets you create photos and videos with live camera effects. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Your content
You own the photos and videos you create. You are responsible for what you capture and share, including having permission from anyone who appears in them. Do not use the app to harass, impersonate or harm others, or to break any law.
3. Time Warp Filter Pro
- Subscriptions. Weekly and yearly plans renew automatically at the price shown in the app until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
- Free trial. If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancelling during the trial means no charge.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Lifetime. The lifetime option is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for the life of the app on your Google account.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies.
- Restore. Use Restore purchases in Settings or on the paywall to restore Pro on a new device with the same Google account.
4. Ads
The free version may show ads provided by Google AdMob. Pro removes ads.
5. Availability
We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is". Features may change, and the app may not work on every device or camera.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dahmani Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
