Summary
- The time warp effect runs live on your device. Camera frames, photos and videos are not uploaded to us.
- We have no accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Photos and videos are saved to your phone's gallery only when you tap Save or Share.
- Free versions show ads from Google AdMob. Purchases are handled by Google Play and RevenueCat.
Camera
The app needs the camera to show the live scan effect. Frames are processed in your phone's memory and graphics chip and are discarded after they are shown. They are never sent to Dahmani Limited or any third party.
Microphone
The microphone is used only if you record a video with sound turned on. The sound is written into the video file on your device and is not uploaded. You can turn sound off in the camera or in Settings, and deny the permission at any time.
Your creations
When you tap Save or Share, the app writes the photo or video to your device's shared storage, in the "Time Warp Filter" album. You control these files: delete them in the app's Creations screen or in your gallery. If you share a creation, the app you share it to handles it under its own privacy policy.
Purchases (Google Play and RevenueCat)
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are sold through Google Play. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to check whether you have an active purchase. RevenueCat receives the purchase token from Google Play, an anonymous app user ID generated by the app, and basic device information (such as app version, operating system version and country). We never see your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
If you use the free version, the app may show ads from Google AdMob: an interstitial after some saves, and optional rewarded videos you choose to watch. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google's consent form before any ads are requested, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. Pro users see no ads. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
What we do not do
- We do not run face recognition, build face profiles or identify anyone.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not access your photo library, music or contacts.
Children
Time Warp Filter is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention and deletion
We do not store personal data on our servers. App settings live only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. To ask RevenueCat to delete the purchase records linked to your anonymous app user ID, email us and we will forward the request.
Security
Traffic to Google Play, RevenueCat and Google AdMob uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
